British Mud Week is a celebration of all things muddy. Whether it’s work or play we love getting our hands dirty.

From the 23rd to the 29th June we and our sponsors, Nomad Direct, want you to get involved and make the most of the great British outdoors by grabbing a buddy and getting muddy.

How you get involved is completely up to you, we just want you to spend a day in the dirt. There are a few ideas to get you started on our Get Involved page.

Schools can take part in a number of ways from baking mud pies to letting children come to school in their wellies for a day. There’s a pack full of ideas to help schools get involved available here.

The week coincides with Glastonbury music festival, notorious for being the muddiest festival in the world, and the Oblivion Mud Runner event in Herefordshire, a six mile long endurance mud race.

So if you’re mad about mud and attending one of those events then let us know on Twitter @BritishMudWeek.

Our sponsors Nomad Direct are professional mud experts and their portable pressure washers help all kinds of people from bikers to builders get clean after a messy day.
